DAY 1. SUCRE - CITY TOUR
Flight to Sucre. Arrival transfer. Optional visit of the Cretacic Park and the Dinousaur tracks in Cal Orcko (2 hours).

This tour includes the visit of: House of Liberty where the Act of Independence of Bolivia was signed in 1825; museum of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Sucre built in the XVII century, where the Virgin of Guadalupe, the richest virgin in Bolivia with jewels and gold is; Bolivar Park. Then InDAYn Textile museum of ASUR, promoting the rich textiles of the Jalq'a and Tarabuco cultures and finally the church and museum of La Recoleta, with a great view the entire city. (L)
DAY 2. SUCRE / POTOSI - CITY TOUR
Early departure in bus to Potosi. The road follows different valleys until the Pilcomayo River and its old constructed bridge of Puente Arce. Then you start going up more then 1,500 m in two hours, this sloped road is called "Cuesta del Retiro" and is famous for its steeples. The trip continues through the highlands until the mining city of Potosi.

Visit the Mint House (Casa de la Moneda), traditional colonial streets and the artisan market, also San Francisco and San Lorenzo churches. San Lorenzo has one of the best examples of stone carvings of the baroque-InDAYn style, and finally Santa Teresa church and its colonial museum. (B)
DAY 3. MINE IN CERRO RICO / SUCRE
This excursion allows visitors to experience an unforgettable trip to a mine that was and still is the main legacy of the production of silver done in colonial times in the famous Silver mountain of Potosi. You'll see the living and working conditions of the Bolivian miners (protective clothing and helmets are provided).

DAY 4. SUCRE / LA PAZ
Flight back to La Paz with transfer out. (B)

TARABUCO
Trip to Tarabuco, one of the best preserved cultures of Bolivia, this colourful village has without a doubt the most traditional indian market and carnival of South America. They have a big fair every Sunday that has become the main economic and social activity of the area. The clothing of the Tarabuqueño men and women (Quechua speaking) has not changed since Inca times. Their weavings are among the best in technique, quality and colour.
TARABUCO AND CANDELARIA (Full day)
Tarabuco is 78 km/48 miles - 1 hour from Sucre, is located in the highlands and surrounded by rich valleys. The Sunday market is one of the main attractions and you’ll enjoy the beauty of their customs and clothing in a special fair with a great variety of products and good prices. You will also visit the colonial farm of Candelaria and see how they do their traditional weavings and enjoy the typical dances of their people. Lunch included.
